Following planning approval at the beginning of the year, Cala Homes has acquired the land for a brand new development of 600 homes off Hayley Road in Lancing.
The highly-anticipated scheme was developed in close collaboration with New Monks Farm Development Ltd and will deliver a mixed-use development which will also include a 28-hectare Country Park, land for a new primary school and an IKEA store.
