Andrew brings with him over 20 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry, gained in both technical and project lead roles with Redrow, David Wilson Homes, Charles Church and Galliford Try. He joins the Cala team from Legal & General Homes, where he was technical director for three years.
Cala Midlands currently has seven developments across Gloucestershire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Worcestershire and Buckinghamshire. Construction is also underway on the first phase of the proposed Long Marston Garden Village in Stratford-Upon-Avon as well as the delivery of over 1200 homes in Didcot.
As regional managing director, Andrew will be responsible for driving forward the Midlands business and delivering on plans for growth through a proactive land acquisition programme, a commitment to exceptional build quality and maintaining a five star rating for customer service.
