The Government-backed Help to Buy† scheme is coming to a close this year.

If you're a first-time buyer, you could secure a new home priced under £407,400 in the East of England or £437,600 in the South of England, with just a 5% deposit. The deadline for reservations and new applications to the Help to Buy† scheme is 31st October 2022.

Help to Buy† is an equity loan from the Government, enabling first time buyers to obtain a mortgage of between 75% and 85% with as low as a 5% deposit.
