After receiving a Pride in the Job Quality Award earlier this year, project managers Cathal Lamph, Steven Maguire and Gavin McCann have been awarded a Pride in the Job Seal of Excellence Award for their hard work and dedication to being the best in their field. The win marks the second year running Cathal has won the accolade, along with a first time win for both Gavin and Steven.
Cathal and Steven, who are project managers at Waterfront Plaza in Leith and Oakbank in Winchburgh respectively, along with Gavin, who is project manager at recently launched Queensferry Heights in South Queensferry, join five other site managers from Cala developments throughout the UK who have received the award.
Cathal Lamph as won the Regional Award in the Multi-Storey Builder Category too, along with his team of Kenny Cumming, Aly Gourlay, Scott Cameron, Colin Harkness and the development project team for their work at Waterfront Plaza, Leith.
The NHBC Pride in the Job programme first launched more than 40 years ago and is one of the most prestigious and recognised awards within the construction industry. The initiative runs over 18 months and judges travel to various locations throughout the UK and Northern Ireland to visit sites.
