Emma Johnson - Head of Legal

As Head of Legal, Emma is responsible for providing a full range of legal, strategic and commercial advice, governance and company secretarial services to Cala. Before joining Cala, Emma was a Commercial Property Solicitor in private practice, advising clients on a wide range of Commercial Property matters, specialising particularly in Development and Regeneration and Investment transactions. 

Emma joined Cala as Legal Counsel in 2019 and was appointed Senior Legal Counsel in 2022 and Head of Legal in 2022.
