Gavin Pope - Group Land Director

Gavin was appointed Group Land Director in 2024.  
 
He joined Cala in 2004 as Land Graduate in Cala’s East business and progressed to Land Director, being a key member of East Board from 2014. In this role he was responsible for the delivery of a wide range of projects, giving the business the scale and variation associated with high quality, large developments.  
 
In his role as Group Land Director, Gavin is responsible for setting the business’ land strategy and maintaining a pipeline of land opportunities across our regional businesses, in order to successfully drive the business’ growth.
