Tom Nicholson - Chief Executive Officer

Tom Nicholson was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Cala in December 2025. In addition to his role as CEO, he also serves on the Cala Board.

Tom was previously on the Board and served as Chief Operating Officer at Crest Nicholson Plc, Divisional Chairman at Linden Homes, on the Executive Board at Galliford Try, as well as other leadership positions at Berkeley Homes and Trafalgar House. Tom is a Non-Executive Director for Heylo Housing, the shared ownership registered provider. He most recently served as Non-Executive Director to the Cala Board, a position he began in November 2024.

Prior to his industry experience, Tom attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and served in the British Army.
