Louise Poole - Group People Director

Louise attended Robert Gordon University and gained a BA (Hons) in Business Studies in 2004, before completing a PgDip HRM from Napier University in 2008.

She held HR positions with Hilton Hotels and St Andrew’s University, prior to joining Cala in 2007, where she has played a key role in the growth and development of the Cala team, during a time period which has seen the business transform in shape and scale. She has worked in various roles within Cala, including HR Advisor, HR Manager and Director of HR, through to her current role.

With over 15 years of experience, Louise leads the development and implementation of Cala’s People strategies and practices.

Louise was appointed to Group People Director in July 2019
