Scott Mclennan - Group Finance Director

Scott was appointed as Finance Director - Homes, in 2025. 

He joined Cala as Head of Financial Accounting in January 2016 following 9 years with big 4 firm Deloitte. In 2021, he became Finance Director for North alongside his Head of Financial Accounting role, having also previously been the Interim Finance Director for North Home Counties.

Scott is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, having qualified in 2009.

Scott assumes overall responsibility for the finance function for all regional businesses in the Group.
