The sales teams support our customers throughout their home buying journey, working closely with the marketing department in the promotion of our developments.
Land & Planning
Cala delivers around 3,000 homes each year and we have ambitious plans for further growth. Our teams help us identify, acquire and contract sites where we can create thriving new communities for our customers.
Customer Service
At the forefront of delivering the best customer experience is our customer service team., assisting our customers with any queries from move-in day.
Commercial
Our commercial teams are responsible for driving the best value and managing costs throughout each stage of our developments.
Technical & Design
Our design and technical teams provide essential expertise throughout the whole housebuilding process, from assessing the land we want to build on to reviewing the architectural design of our homes.
Head Office/Support Functions
Contributing to the overall success of the business, our head office support functions provide support, guidance, and direction to our regional businesses.

Our approach to flexible working
