Cala's Recommend a Friend offer

Our recommend a friend offer is simple. Download and complete the leaflet below and your friend must email, post or hand it to the sales consultant before reserving their new home. 

This scheme is available on selected plots at selected developments only.

'This incentive is available on selected homes at selected developments only and is subject to purchasing criteria and terms and conditions. To qualify for a referral payment, this application must be completed by you, the Referrer, in full, scanned or photographed, and emailed to the Sales team at your friend’s preferred development before your friend’s reservation. The value of the reward will be deducted from the completion statement and a payment will be made by BACs transfer to you after legal completion of your friend’s purchase. In the event that your friend does not proceed to purchase a Cala home, for any reason, this incentive shall also expire, and no payments will be made by Cala to you or your friend. Only one Recommend a Friend application can be made per home purchase. The Referrer must be a purchaser of a privately owned Cala home. This incentive is not available to employees of the Cala Group, any person connected or related to an employee, nor is it available to selling agents or those acting in a business capacity for the Cala group.'
