Cala Homes is promoting the site to the north of Brookhampton Lane in Kineton for residential development.

PROPOSED NEW HOMES IN KINETON 

Kineton has been identified by Stratford-on-Avon Council as a suitable location for housing growth.

Representations have been made to the Kineton Neighbourhood Plan Working Group to promote this site at Brookhampton Lane for a development of up to 70 new homes, which could include a mix of family homes and up to 25 affordable homes.

The proposed site is located on the western edge of Kineton, bounded by Brookhampton Lane Business Park to the south, Warwick Road to the east, Pittern Hill Stables to the north and open countryside to the west.
