Proposal of Application Notice Submitted

Cala Homes (West), in partnership with Helensburgh Golf Club, has submitted a Proposal of Application Notice (PoAN) to Argyll & Bute Council to bring much-needed new homes to Helensburgh. 

The proposed development looks to deliver circa 145 homes, including 25% affordable homes to be owned and managed by Dunbritton Housing Association.

The first of two Public Consultation Events took place on Thursday 14th May at Helensburgh Golf Club.

For those who are unable to attend, our information boards from the first event are available to view here. 

The feedback provided has been analysed and will be used to inform the planning application. The general themes, along with more refined details on the proposals, will be presented at the second consultation event.

The second Public Consultation Event will be held between 3pm-7pm on Thursday 18th June at Helensburgh Golf Club, 25 East Clyde Street, Helensburgh, G84 9HZ.
