Dunbar Golf Club, East Lothian

Our proposal will create a high quality development rooted within its landscape setting at Dunbar Golf Club which is well integrated with the local Dunbar area. The design takes into consideration the visual connections and pedestrian permeability to the development edges that give a scenic links approach to the golf course and views to the coast. The landscape is one of the important factors in the development design and deliver working with Dunbar Golf Club. Careful consideration of the natural environment has been a fundamental part of fully integrating the  new homes & golf facilities within the existing landscape setting. This approach forms part of Cala Homes strategy for place making and to present a positive impression of the site at all stages of the development process.
