Our proposal

 Cala Homes (East) have submitted a planning application for a development of sixteen 2-, 3-, 4- & 5-bedroom homes adjacent to the current Saltcoats Grange development off Fentoun Road, Gullane.

This development would offer an attractive extension of the existing development with a continuation in design and landscaping as well as excellent connectivity to the existing development and its surroundings.

The proposed development will also offer a recreational ground located on the north part of the site, which will be maintained and managed by the local council. This gives an opportunity for outdoor activities and residents to use the open space, which is adjacent to the school campus area.

The accommodation incorporates a mix of semi detached and detached housing, with affordable mix which benefits the location, local needs, and housing demand.

In addition to new homes the development provides many benefits for the wider community with proposed recreational grounds, landscaping features and public access to Saltcoats Meadows.
