Planning Application - Land south of Crawfield Road, Bo'ness

Cala Homes (West) are delighted to be preparing a planning application for residential development in Bo'ness.

The area of land sits south-west of Bo'ness town centre, and is located south of Crawfield Road. The area of land is allocated within the the Falkirk Local Development Plan for housing and forms part of the Strategic Growth Area for Bo'ness. 

The proposed development would deliver 188 private Cala homes, comprising a mix of 3 bedroom terraced and 4 and 5 bedroom detached properties, alongside 33 affordable homes. Almost a third of the site will be given to green spaces and landscaping, including a woodland area which divides the site. Various connecting active travel routes will be featured through the woodland area and around the development.
