Construction underway
We are excited to announce that construction has officially begun on our new development - The Foundry, located on Inverlair Avenue in Glasgow's vibrant Southside.
The Foundry will feature 254 premium new build apartments, ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, including a selection of bespoke 2 and 3 bedroom penthouses. The first phase is set to launch in Summer 2025.
Each apartment at The Foundry will boast Cala's high specification as standard, as well as a balcony or private outdoor space, lift access, and access to generous open green space including communal gardens and a resident's garden for each apartment block. The Foundry will also feature a private parking courtyard.

The Foundry is located in the popular Glasgow Southside suburb of Cathcart, and is ideal for those looking for easy access into Glasgow city centre. Cathcart train station is less than a 10-minute walk away, providing excellent commuter links to further afield. A range of shops, eateries and other amenities can also be found only a few minutes away on Holmlea Road.
The Foundry will also see the adoption of our Community Pledge initiative, which aims to create a bespoke plan of community support that will add value and meaningful benefit, including donations, volunteering, school programmes and much more.
The Foundry is set to launch for sale in Summer 2025.
