Abercrombie Park, Paisley

Formerly Thornly Park Village

Cala Homes (West) have successfully secured planning permission by planning appeal, as part of a Consortium of Developers with Barratt Homes and Bellway Homes for surplus land at Dykebar Hospital in Paisley.

Abercrombie Park will comprise 603 homes, 171 by Cala, and will deliver a high-quality residential development on the edge of Paisley, providing the local community with a collection of quality homes to suit a range of lifestyles. Homes will range from one to five bedrooms with a mix of apartments, townhouses, terraced, semi-detached and detached styles.

An exciting feature of this development is that almost half of the site - 43% - will be retained as open space and woodland with biodiversity enhancement at its heart.  The plans will also increase native tree planting and landscaping, create new play facilities, improve foot and cycle connections and the local road network; as well as making financial contributions towards local schools.

We expect to welcome our first homeowners in 2027.
