To fulfil our expansion plans in the Chiltern region, we are looking to forge relationships with landowners, agents and local authorities to bring forward new developments. We bring experience and creativity to local planning and ensure we create developments that deliver the best results for Chiltern’s landowners and local communities. Although we are a national company, our regional offices offer a local and unique perspective and approach to each site.

Do you have land for sale? We are actively looking for land in Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Solihull, Warwickshire and West London which have the potential for residential development, ideally with 30 homes or more, which will allow us to create thriving communities in sustainable growth areas.

We have a highly experienced in-house Land and Planning team with an enviable track record of achieving successful and commercially viable planning consents. These consents underpin our delivery of new homes to the market, and are the lifeblood of our business.
