Do you have land for sale?

As an established business we have an ongoing requirement for land opportunities. Our track record demonstrates our ability to look at a wide variety of sites within the East region; from new build to refurbishment, two-storey housing to multi-storey, from sites from 40 units to masterplan developments of 4,000-5,000 homes and from land ready for sale immediately through to land available for strategic promotion.

Land is the foundation to our success as a business, we have a strong and well-resourced team that allows us to provide a quick response and feedback to any parties that have land opportunities in the East region.

Edinburgh, Albert Dock

A gap in the dockside of a thriving cosmopolitan area of Edinburgh was falling into disrepair.

Cala Homes (East) saw an opportunity to provide a low density development that paid homage to the industrial characteristics of the surrounding historic buildings.

Due to the proximity of the development to the dock waters, Albert Dock presented a number of key challenges.

To date, Albert Dock is one of Cala’s most successful developments, having received a number of industry recognised awards.
