The North business continues to ensure growth across our region and currently seeks new short-term development opportunities within commutable areas of Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. This includes but is not limited to: Aberdeen City Centre, Aberdeen City suburbs, Ellon, Newmachar, Inverurie, Kintore, Westhill, Banchory, Portlethen, Newtonhill and Stonehaven. Other areas across the region may be of interest and the team can turnaround decisions quickly.
Do you have land for sale in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire? The region seeks opportunities of a minimum of 30 units when considering apartment opportunities (Aberdeen City Centre) and 40 units for a varied housing mix of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, however a variation on this requirement may be considered. Longer-term opportunities will also be considered with the region having a strong track record of promoting and achieving allocation through past local development plan processes.
