The region seeks opportunities of a minimum of 30 units when considering apartment opportunities (Aberdeen City Centre) and 40 units for a varied housing mix of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, however a variation on this requirement may be considered. Longer-term opportunities will also be considered with the region having a strong track record of promoting and achieving allocation through past local development plan processes.

Pitfodels, Aberdeen

Cala Homes have recently submitted a Proposal of Application Notice to Aberdeen City Council in relation to a forthcoming planning application and related public consultation strategy for a proposal to provide new homes with associated works and supporting infrastructure on land at Pitfodels. This would include a new link road connecting Inchgarth Road and North Deeside Road.
