We have a strong land bank to underpin the delivery of our current business plan and we continue to invest heavily in Surrey and the surrounding areas to deliver our growth ambitions. We are looking for more land to continue this upward curve with a strong focus on Sussex, North West Kent and South London boroughs.

We are actively looking to acquire land for sale in Sussex and other South Home Counties with the potential for residential development of 40 units or more. This includes sites that have detailed planning permission, outline planning permission, and those that are subject to planning. We are also looking to contract on strategic land opportunities.
