Land Case Study for Parklands, Reading

Built by Cala Homes (Thames), this former brownfield site on the former Reading University Bulmershe Court Campus was transformed into a stunning development of 291 homes, with a range of community facilities and a retail unit.

Preserving and celebrating the heritage of the site was at the heart of the design philosophy and the development has been skilfully integrated into its surroundings by retaining and restoring natural and historic landmarks.
