Purposes of the processing and legal basis for processing

We will process your personal data in order to send you a regularly newsletter informing you of current issues and developments with our land bank, we will send you invitations to industry events and general communications about what we are doing from time to time. We don’t use the data for other purposes and don’t share it externally. We process your personal data to pursue our legitimate interests in a way that you may reasonably expect us to as part of running our business, provided it does not impact unduly on your rights, freedom or interests.

Your data will be shared internally and otherwise as required by law.

Period for which personal data will be stored

We will keep your personal data in connection with this matter for 10 years unless you ask for us to remove it sooner.
