At Cala, we are passionate about building communities, not just homes. From now on, not only will our showhomes give you a glimpse into the Cala lifestyle, they will also showcase small businesses, rising stars, local talent and the communities we are part of.

Our Showhomes of Support spotlight 10 home-grown products – from artwork and accessories to furniture and fabrics – which will bring a real unique flavour of what a town, village or city has to offer. We want to give local artists, creators and independent retailers a platform to show what they can do to the thousands of visitors we invite through our doors every year, and the homebuyers who will soon be moving into the neighbourhood. It is important that we encourage our residents to live local, shop local, support local.

All local businesses who feature will be signposted throughout the property. We’ll also help amplify their work right here on our website, on our social media channels and in our marketing.
