Hillside School, Aberdour

Cala Homes (East) have obtained planning permission, which will deliver a range of properties from two-bedroom cottage flats to five-bedroom detached homes situated within the grounds of the current Hillside School in Aberdour, which is relocating.

This development will include 186 units, including 25% affordable units, construction is intended to begin in Summer 2025. 

The development is bordered by mature woodland to the north and has good access to local walking and cycling routes as well as links to local services within Aberdour and public transport. The design concept for the development is sensitive to the local environment and has been designed to integrate well within its surroundings.
